 Toffee Nut (aka T-Nut the Peanut) is a 3 year-old Labrador/Vizsla mix. He serves on the Board of Directors as a Lifetime Member in the capacity of Lap-warmer and Snuggler - with only one exception, Toffee has attended all Board Meetings.
He joined Carol and Chocolate Chip's family on September 19, 2004. Carol rescued Toffee out of the backyard of a family who was not providing appropriate care for him - he had demodex mange, a flea infestation, infected open wounds from biting and scratching himself and was malnourished. Today, Toffee is 50 pounds and solid muscle. Chocolate Chip did an excellent job raising Toffee Nut to be a good dog. |
