Carol A. Smock spent 13 years in the Call Center Industry as a Technology Implemenation Project Manager, Call Center Director and Call Center Consultant and Management Trainer. Today she serves small businesses by helping develop and implement Customer Relationship Management strategies. She volunteered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for 6 years growing their Man & Woman of the Year Campaign. She is an active Christian attending Brentwood United Methodist Church. She enjoys hiking, yoga and playing with Toffee Nut and Goldie Goo Goo Cluster.
