Important Note & Agreement of Terms

All runners commit to raising at least $100 USD for Brown Dog Foundation.  By initialling below, runner commits to the following:

Runners will register a credit card that may be billed up to $100 to meet fundraising requirements

Runners will raise the committed amount at least 1 week prior to the race.

T-Shirt and Medallion will be delivered upon completion of the fundraising goal.

Absolutely NO donation refunds are available through this program.  All donations made are final and will not be returned, even if the runner is unable to complete the race. 

Running Teams raising $2500 or more will be invited to a FREE Pizza Party!

You enter the above selected race at your own risk and certify that Brown Dog Foundation will not be held responsible for any accident suffered or injury sustained by you from any cause whatsoever or for any property lost, mislaid or stolen on the course or at the start / finish areas.  I agree to hold Brown Dog Foundation harmless of any loss or injury.
