Brown Dog Foundation Offers to Assist Pet-Owners During San Diego Firestorm

Many pet-owners have been displaced from their homes and are now facing exorbitant vet bills due to a sick or injured family pet because of this crisis. Brown Dog Foundation, based in Nashville TN, has offered to assist families facing a pet-health crisis in addition to losing their homes and possessions directly related to this catastrophe.  The Foundation was established to assist families in temporary financial crisis secure life-saving treatment needed for their family pet(s). 

If you have lost your home in the fires, and need help getting veterinary care for your beloved family pet, please email details of your situation to grants@browndogfoundation.org

Brown Dog Foundation is also encouraging donations to help support these fire victims. Additional contributions will allow us to help more families and their pets during this crisis.  All donations are tax-deductible per IRS tax code 501(c)3.  Donations can be made online at www.browndogfoundation.org or by mail to Brown Dog Foundation, 3715 Brighton Road, Nashville, TN  37205.  In compliance with IRS regulations, a receipt will be issued for contributions in excess of $250.
