NEW! Brown Dog Foundation's Adopt A Family Program
In 2009, Brown Dog Foundation is offering a new fundraising program. If you, your business or your church, childrens or school group will commit to raising $600, Brown Dog Foundation will use that money to "sponsor" a family and credit your group. Our average gift in 2009 was $550.
WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR GIFT:
- Framed photo of the family pet your gift assisted
- Press Release to your local media announcing your Commitment
- Logo with Hyperlink on the pet's Success Story page
- Recognition in our Annual Report
HOW YOUR GIFT IS SPENT:
92% of your gift goes directly to the family pet in need. There are minimal expenses associated with this program including: time to post the Success Story with recognition of appropriate group, a framed photo of the family pet your gift assisted and time to include recongition in our Annual Report, 2011.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR GIFT:
You are able to raise the money in any way you desire - you may:
- make a gift by check or credit card (monthly or annually)
- host a garage sale, car wash/dog wash and/or private party
- display a donation box with information about Brown Dog & the Program
- mail or email your customers and ask them to make donations on your business's behalf
